1 - What are the processing times?
Most of my products are ready to go. Unless otherwise stated in the product sheet (pre-order, made-to-order product such as textile products), the processing time is 1 to 7 working days. To follow up, do not hesitate to contact me.
2 - What is the shipping method for my order?
Two choices are available to you during checkout: standard delivery (with exceptions*) and expedited delivery .
Your order over $100 will automatically be sent with the expedited delivery shipping method and I will give you your tracking number when handed over to the carrier.
*Exceptions: Due to their size and weight, only illustrations and cards can be sent to Canada by standard delivery by regular Canada Post mail (without tracking number).
3 - What carriers do you use?
Standard shipments are sent using regular Canada Post service (letter post). Expedited shipments are shipped via Purolator or Canada Post, depending on the type of items in your order or your location.
4 - What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free for orders of $100 or more before taxes for shipments to Quebec and Ontario.
Standard delivery (without tracking number) is $5. Expedited shipping costs are $12.95 (with tracking number).
Maritimes (New Brunswick and Nova Scotia)
Standard delivery (without tracking number) is $10.
Alberta, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador
Standard delivery (without tracking number) is $20.
5 - Where can I find my tracking number?
Please note that you will only receive a tracking number if you have chosen expedited delivery at checkout. No tracking number will be available with standard shipping. If you would like a number to track your order, please select Expedited Shipping.
You will find your tracking number in the email confirming the shipment of your order, or in the “ My Account ” section on my website.
6 - When will I receive my order?
Orders for illustrations (5x7 and 8x10 in. and cards) placed using expedited delivery are generally shipped and delivered within 7 business days in Quebec and Ontario. It is therefore necessary to exclude weekends and public holidays from the calculation of the number of days for delivery.
As some products are made to order, please note the following production times:
Illustration (5x7 in and 8x10 in) and cards: 1 to 3 business days
Illustration (11x14 in and more): 1 to 2 weeks
Cushion cover: 2 to 3 weeks
Duvet cover: 2 to 3 weeks
Canvas: 1-5 business days
Accessory-cosmetic bag: 1 to 2 weeks
For the accelerated shipping time, once the order is given to the carrier the time is generally 1 to 2 business days (Quebec) and can extend up to 6 business days (other provinces).
For the standard shipping time, once the order has been handed over to the carrier, you can refer to Canada Post delivery standards:
Canada: 5 to 7 business days.
United States: 4 business weeks.
Europe: 8 to 12 business weeks.
7 - Can I come and collect my order?
Customers from the Quebec metropolitan area can pick up their order free of charge directly from my store in Sainte-Catherine de la Jacques-Cartier. Please use code PICKUP when making your purchase. An email will then be sent to you when the order is ready to be collected.
Please note, this is only possible for illustrations, maps and wall stickers.
8 - My order was shipped but I never received it, what should I do?
First, please check that the delivery address entered in the shipping confirmation email is correct. Then, I invite you to check the shipping times mentioned in point 5 depending on your shipping method (standard or expedited) and your region.
Please be aware that it is possible that delivery times, particularly those from Canada Post, may be longer than expected depending on the time of year (such as the holidays) or that your order may simply have been lost.
If your address is correct and the deadlines have been significantly exceeded (more than 5 business days with Expedited Canada Post or Purolator) or more than 30 days with regular Canada Post, write to me by email at email@example.com. I will be happy to return it to you without any problem.
9 - Where do you ship?
I ship everywhere in Canada and the United States and even to most countries. For an international order, please contact me before ordering, I will be happy to find a shipping solution with you.
10 - Oops! I made the wrong address or order, what should I do?
No problem! It will be my pleasure to help you. Write to me as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Generally if you write to me within 12 hours of placing your order, I will be able to make the requested changes before the order goes into production or I will be able to change your address before it is shipped to you.
On the other hand, if your order has already left the store, I must wait for it to be returned to me and then I will be able to send it back to the correct address, at your expense. Please note that the delivery time will be longer than expected and that this is beyond my control. Rest assured that I will follow up closely with you.
11 - I received my order damaged, what should I do?
Although it is very rare for breakage to occur when your order is sent and it is carefully packaged, we are not immune to breakage. I invite you to contact me quickly by email at email@example.com and send me photos of the item. I will return the package to you at no additional cost.
1 - Are the products made in Quebec?
Yes. All products are made and printed in Quebec. They are designed, illustrated and manufactured here. I am the illustrator and designer behind all the products in the collection. By purchasing from my store, you are assured that my illustrations and the patterns that you see on my products are unique, you will not find them anywhere else.
Many companies use royalty-free images or pay for a commercial license on international sales platforms to obtain the images and then add them to their stationery, clothing and textile products.
You are therefore certain that from design to manufacturing, your product encourages a local family. Each product is therefore made with care, directly from my workshop or that of my Quebec collaborators for the manufacture of my textile products and large format illustrations.
2 - The amount of my order allows me to obtain a free 5x7'' poster, how can I proceed?
I'm offering you a 5x7'' poster of your choice for free with any purchase of $100 or more before taxes. Simply mention to me in the order notes your choice of design and you will receive your artwork with your order.
1 - If I am not satisfied, can I return the items?
Orders including made-to-order items such as custom artwork and posters, bedding and accessory kits are final sales. These are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Other items may be returned, provided they have not been used and are packaged carefully before being returned. You must write to me within a maximum of 5 days following receipt of your package.
Unless you are returning an item for a manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for paying postage including a tracking number. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To obtain more information, simply write to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1 - Can I use two promo codes at the same time?
Promotional codes cannot be added together, so I invite you to choose only one promotional code per order. Note that privilege points count as a promotional code, so you cannot use them with another promotion.
2- Can I get a gift card?
Yes, I offer virtual gift cards! You will therefore receive your gift card by email immediately after purchasing it. You can then print the email containing the card code before giving it to a loved one.
It's a popular gift for new parents who are starting to decorate their baby's room. They will be able to select their favorite products according to their tastes! You will make it easier to prepare their little love’s cozy nest. :)
